KeraSoy Pillar Blend (4120) is a specially developed blend for the production of pillar candles and wax tarts. It is suitable for subsequent mixing with oil-soluble fragrances and colorants.
KeraSoy Pillar Blend does not require any additives other than the scent and color required by the candle maker.
Fragrance
KeraSoy Pillar has been designed for fragrances at levels between 5-10%.
Preheating
Preheating can take place at around 45 - 50°C.
Merger
Temporary high temperatures (60°C up to 90°C) have no adverse effects as long as the wax is cooled quickly.
casting
Casting can take place at a temperature of approximately 55-65°C.
candle cooling
Candles should be left undisturbed for 48 hours .
Waxes should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct heat, sunlight and moisture.
