Where are you located?We are located in the Lanaudière region at 144 Notre Dame in Repentigny.
What are your opening hours?
Our in-store opening hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Thursday and Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Note that we are closed on Monday.

What are your payment options?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex etc) as well as Visa debit and Mastercard debit.

The item I want is out of stock. What should I do?
You can subscribe to our newsletter, contact us or click on "notify me" to be the first to know when the item becomes available again.
Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes we accept bulk orders. You can send us a detailed email to info@atelierevia.com.
How long does it take for me to get a refund?
When we process a refund, it happens instantly. However, it may take between 3-10 business days before it appears on your statement. It all depends on your financial institution.
A receipt will be sent to you automatically from our side regarding the refund.

RETURN POLICY
We have a 15 day return policy, i.e. you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase or order number.
To start a return, we invite you to contact us by email at info@atelierevia.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damaged products and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exception
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of discounted items or gift cards. They are final sale.
Refund
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If your request is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
