Exchange Policy

We have a 15 day exchange policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase or order number.

Damaged products and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchanges on discounted items or gift cards. They are final sale.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your exchange, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If your request is approved, you will automatically exchange and send within 15 business days.
