Workshop Policy – Atelier Evia

Registration and Payment

Workshop bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or the requested deposit.
Spaces are limited, and registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Displayed prices include all necessary workshop materials, unless otherwise specified.

Any cancellation made more than 7 days before the workshop may be refunded or credited for future use.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are non-refundable.
In case of no-show without prior notice, no refund or credit will be granted.

A minimum of 4 participants is required for the workshop to take place.
If the minimum number of participants is not met, Atelier Evia reserves the right to postpone or cancel the workshop.
In such a situation, participants will have the choice between a full refund or rescheduling to a later date.
Atelier Evia reserves the right to cancel or postpone a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or an insufficient number of participants. In this case, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Participants are requested to arrive 10 minutes before the start of the workshop.
Any significant delay may limit participation in certain stages of the activity.
To ensure a respectful experience for all, Atelier Evia reserves the right to deny access to anyone exhibiting inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

Participants must inform the team of any known allergies or sensitivities before the workshop.
Certain activities involve handling ingredients, essential oils, or specific equipment. Safety instructions must be followed at all times.
Atelier Evia cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions or improper use of products after the workshop.

Creations made during the workshop are the participant's responsibility once the workshop is over.
Results may vary depending on the techniques used by each participant.

Photos or videos may be taken during workshops for promotional purposes.
Participants who do not wish to appear in promotional content must inform the team before the workshop begins.

Atelier Evia values a respectful, inclusive, and friendly environment.
Any disrespectful behavior towards instructors or other participants may result in exclusion without a refund.
