KOH Liquid Soap Workshop

Do you want to learn how to make your own artisanal liquid soap? This practical workshop is the ideal opportunity to discover the art of cold process liquid soap making and create natural soaps, gentle on the skin or suitable for household cleaning.

Whether for personal use or to develop a craft business, you will be guided step-by-step in the formulation, saponification, dilution, and personalization of your liquid soap.

What you will learn

• The basics of cold process saponification with KOH: understand the chemical process, safely measure and mix ingredients, and properly handle caustic potash.

• Differences between industrial and artisanal soaps, especially in terms of gentleness, biodegradability, and natural glycerin retention.

• Choice of natural ingredients: vegetable oils, glycerin, and moisturizing agents to formulate a liquid soap gentle on the skin or an effective liquid detergent.

• Dilution and finishing techniques: learn to adjust texture and consistency to obtain a ready-to-use product according to the desired use (body care or household cleaning).

What you will receive

• 500g of all-purpose soap paste, ready to be diluted.

• Complete course materials: technical sheets, ingredient list, necessary equipment, and detailed preparation steps.

Workshop Details

Our sessions generally last between 2h00 and 2h30 hours, an ideal time to guide you step-by-step in discovering the art of cold process liquid soap making.

All necessary materials are provided.

 Duration: 2h00 to 2h30
Minimum age: 16 years old

Participants are also eligible for a 10% discount on merchandise from the store on the day of their reservation. Some limitations may apply.
