Geogard Ultra

Geogard Ultra is a natural preservative composed of a combination of natural food additives, glucono delta lactone, derived from corn, and sodium benzoate, a food grade preservative, the sodium salt of benzoic acid, with a trace amount of calcium gluconate as a processing agent.

Geogard Ultra is an effective broad spectrum preservative (biocide) that can be included in cosmetic products and is effective in a pH range of 3.0 to 6.5.

With its multi-functionality, this preservative can be used in a wide range of cosmetic products including shampoo and hair care products, lotions and creams and bath and body washes.
