Olivem 1000 is an emulsifier produced from olive oil. It generates very soft and smooth emulsions (varying from a very runny to thicker consistency, depending on the dosage). With a soft, non-greasy feel, it provides your creamy and dairy products with excellent penetrating properties and light matting.
